Kim Hurlburt
Realtor® | Alabama and Florida

Kim Hurlburt joins the Live Love Homes Team in our Pensacola office and will be the Sales Manager covering the Central Gulf Coast from the Florida Panhandle to Mobile Bay. Kim began her career in real estate in 2004 with Cunningham, Foley, and Barnes; the largest commercial brokerage in Baldwin County at the time.  She worked directly with John Foley, the Broker as his licensed assistant. From there she went on to join the #1 selling Re/Max team in Alabama from 2004-2008.  She was trained as a Buyer’s Agent following the Millionaire Real Estate Agent as a guide.  When she eventually joined Keller Williams, everything was very familiar.

In 2009 Kim joined Milstead & Associates, a commercial firm, as the Qualifying Broker.  Where she negotiated many short sales for investment properties and bank liquidations.  She also added Beach/Resort/Condos to her sales skills. From 2012 to 2014 she was with Keller Williams, at first on a large team, then as an individual agent. In 2014 she was recruited to Bellator Real & Development as the Director of Business Development, transitioning to the Head of Agent Services and the Compliance Officer.

Kim now joins the Live Love Homes Team and will be doing what she loves.  She will be working with agents to train them to be the best version of themselves they can be.

Kim attended the University of Maryland but graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL.  She worked for several years in the technology field until the birth of her daughter.  She attended Spring Hill College and received a Master’s in Elementary Education.  She says that makes her uniquely qualified to sell real estate. " It is all about educating and leading your clients through the purchase process.  We must remember we know what is happening.  We do this every day.  Our client doesn’t and we need to guide them through the process.

She and her husband enjoy taking advantage of the beaches close to their home.  They enjoy landscaping and entertaining.  They are both at a point in life where they can take a deep breath and look forward to whatever is next.
