Shannon has over 25 years experience in real estate sales and leading real estate teams.  She was awarded Rookie of the Year with Keller Williams-Lake Norman.  Shannon also led her own team and helped launch a custom home builder in 2007.  Most recently she ran her own team and closed $100 million.  She is recognized as among the top 1% real estate leaders in the Lake Norman area.
