A bit about our newest addition:

Nicole Eller is a real estate professional that is committed to integrity, knowledge, and superior 

customer service. Not only is she a licensed REALTOR in both North and South Carolina but she also 

holds a BPOR designation (Broker Price Opinion Resource). This was established to give her additional 

strength in assisting sellers with pricing their homes and also to better ensure buyers are paying fair 

market value.

Nicole is originally from San Diego and relocated to Charlotte with her husband to support his career as 

a regional NFL football scout. She and her husband Regis thoughtfully chose Charlotte to call home for 

its many attributes that include entertainment attractions, proximity to diverse topography, and the 

overall progression of the city. Nicole’s research of Charlotte has enabled her to be especially supportive 

to those relocating from other areas of the nation.

  Additionally, with her educational background in Sociology and Multi-Cultural Education, she possesses 

professional qualities that have been integral to her real estate achievements. Effective communication, 

significant organization, attention to detail, and innovative techniques, are just a few of the attributes 

which allow her to excel in real estate transactions.

  Nicole genuinely appreciates working closely with people and creates connections that help support 

her clients achieve their residential buying and selling goals. In addition to the dedicated efforts toward 

her clients she also enjoys supporting her community. As a former teacher, Nicole remains dedicated to 

supporting local education by helping to provide teachers with more advanced classroom resources. She 

devotes $50 per real estate transaction to “Adopt a Classroom” in honor of those that support her
